AXL had completed design of several shopping complex for Central Pattana Public Company. Our recent project is Central Festival Pattaya Beach. The project successfully launched in early 2009. The site is approximately 50 meters wide and 300 meters long. AXL has planned to take an advantage of the beach front set back area and transform it into a large sunken plaza to create a welcome entry from the beach. A concept of 3 layers of outdoor pedestrian plazas was introduced. Visitors can enjoy shopping and outdoor activities throughout the year.
